A 4 days trek for expert people, hiking at one of the most highest peak in Bolivia.
Day 1: La Paz – Chapoco Base Camp
Day 2: Chapoco Base Camp – Nido de Condores
Day 3: Illimani Summit
Day 4: Chapoco Base Camp – La Paz
Day 1: La Paz – Chapoco Base Camp
Private transportation through the valley of the city of La Paz until Pinaya (3.600 m.a.s.l.), while approaching to the Base Camp pass through an potatoes and barley agriculture zone and herding sheep and llamas; arrival to Chapoco (Base camp) at the foothills of the mountain, where camp is set at 4,650 m/15,252 ft.

Lunch and dinner included.
Day 2: Chapoco Base Camp – Nido de Condores
The trail has lots of small stones and few snow, is very steep until reaching Nido de Condores, where the high camp is at 5,600 m/18,368 ft.

Day 3: Illimani Summit
Climbing is very steep, first an ice wall of 45°, then a place called “stairway to heaven”, to later climb the southwest peak towards east until reaching the top. Descend to high camp for recovering energy and after rehydrating, continue until Base Camp.

Day 4: Chapoco Base Camp – La Paz
Hike down to Pinaya (2 hours), private transportation to La Paz (3 hours).
