According to today’s article in LA Times of the 1000 people surveyed, only 18% would completely alter their travel plans in view of the recent US State Department warnings. 14% stated they would not change their plans, 20% stated it would have very little effect and the remaining 47% said it would have some effect but not enough to cancel their plans. Recently we have entertained some guests at our home and we served one of the quintessential Argentine quick bites, choripan. The name choripan comes from combining an abbreviation of the word chorizo (sausage) and pan (bread).
